We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Processing Executives.
Job Summary
As a Data Processing Executive, you will be responsible for accurately processing and updating client data through our internal systems. The role primarily involves non-voice back-office operations, data entry, verification, and quality-focused processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter data accurately into designated systems.
- Review source documents and enter information as per process guidelines.
- Verify data and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain the required productivity and quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific instructions.
- Review and correct errors identified during the quality-check process.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts when required.
- Complete assigned daily and monthly targets within the specified TAT.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and workplace standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / 12+; graduates are also welcome.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good typing speed and accuracy will be an advantage.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and work according to process requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Begumpet, Hyderabad office.
Compensation & Incentives
Annual CTC: ₹2.00 LPA + Incentives
In addition to the fixed salary, eligible employees can earn performance-based incentives based on productivity, quality, and attendance.
