Job Title: Creo Simulation EngineerDepartment: Mechanical Design / CAE EngineeringExperience: 1–5 Years (Versatile based on project requirements)Software: PTC Creo Parametric, Creo SimulateQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Review and prepare 3D CAD models for simulation.
- Simplify geometry and remove unnecessary features for efficient analysis.
- Ensure model quality and suitability for finite element analysis (FEA).
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals and strength of materials.
- Hands-on experience with PTC Creo Parametric and Creo Simulate.
- Understanding of FEA principles, meshing, loads, constraints, and boundary conditions.
- Ability to interpret stress, strain, displacement, and factor-of-safety results.
- Knowledge of material properties and structural failure criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
