About Animall Technologies

Animall Technologies is building technology-driven solutions for India's dairy and livestock ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Support hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Share candidate profiles, screening feedback, and regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

3. Offer Management & Salary Negotiation

- Discuss compensation expectations, current CTC, notice periods, and joining availability with candidates.
- Assist with salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Follow up on offers, manage candidate queries, and support offer acceptance and joining conversion.

4. Onboarding & Induction

- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and collect required candidate documents.
- Assist in preparing and sharing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining-day formalities, employee induction, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

Recruitment Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain and regularly update hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and offer status.
- Track recruitment metrics, joining dates, and pending follow-ups.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurate and updated on time.

Who Can Apply?

- Recent graduates or candidates pursuing/completing an MBA, PGDM, or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable follow-up skills, attention to detail, and an organised approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Internship Details

- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Duration: 3 months
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- PPO Opportunity: A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended based on performance during the internship and business requirements.
