Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage distributor operations in the assigned territory. Candidates with FMCG food and beverage experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Manage distributors and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and monitor the sales team.
- Conduct market visits and track competitor activities.
- Monitor primary sales, secondary sales, stock, and collections.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Strong distributor management and team leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
