Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Automation Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in industrial automation technologies. The candidate will train students and working professionals in PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, sensors, control systems, and industrial automation applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on industrial automation.
- Train students in PLC programming using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or other relevant platforms.
- Teach SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and industrial monitoring.
- Explain electrical control panels, motor control circuits, relays, contactors, and sensors.
- Provide hands-on training in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrate industrial communication protocols and automation troubleshooting.
- Train students in VFDs, servo drives, and motor control applications.
- Prepare course materials,



lab exercises, assignments, and project demonstrations.
- Guide students in developing automation projects and solving practical problems.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, practical assessments, and projects.
- Maintain training equipment, laboratory safety, and technical documentation.
- Support students with technical interview preparation and career guidance.

Required Technical Skills

- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- SCADA and HMI configuration
- Industrial electrical systems and control panels
- Sensors, actuators, relays, and contactors
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
- Industrial automation wiring and circuit diagrams
- Basic industrial networking and communication protocols

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
