We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and payment management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial accounting. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor payments, accounts payable, customer receivables, and outstanding balances.
- Handle payroll accounting and coordinate salary-related entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure timely completion of tax filings and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for accounting-related activities.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with prior experience in the construction industry will be preferred.
- Experience handling project-related expenses, contractor payments, vendor accounts, and construction billing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be organized, responsible, and capable of managing accounting activities independently.
