Job Title: HR Manager

Job Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹50,000 per Month

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations and employee-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management and the plant team for HR-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Positive communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to travel to the Rajkot plant 2–3 times per month, as required.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently.
