Adsun Global is an engineering company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of precision spare parts and components for Pilger machines used in the pipe and tube manufacturing industry.
Our product range includes jaws, mandrels, bushes and other precision-engineered machine components, catering to customers in the pipe and engineering industries.
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, manage customer enquiries and coordinate the complete process from enquiry to order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for technical and commercial details.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Regularly follow up on enquiries and quotations to support order conversion.
- Coordinate with existing customers for repeat orders and current requirements.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
- Process confirmed orders and coordinate with the production team regarding order status.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery of orders.
- Keep customers updated regarding order and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in Excel/CRM.
- Prepare basic sales and follow-up reports for management.
- Support the team in identifying and approaching potential customers in the pipe, tube and engineering industries.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, B2B Sales or Customer Coordination can apply.
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, machinery, pipe/tube or industrial-products company will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customers over phone and email.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Willingness to understand technical products and customer requirements.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident in customer communication and strong at follow-ups. The candidate should be willing to learn about our technical products and develop a good understanding of the pipe and tube manufacturing industry.
