About the role

We are seeking three Process Mappers to support client transformation and process improvement engagements across India. Candidates based in Southern India are preferred, although we welcome applicants from other Indian locations.

This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role.



Specific process or industry experience is less important than robust process mapping capability, curiosity and a consulting mindset: the ability to ask why, challenge assumptions and translate findings into practical improvements.

Key responsibilities

● Plan and deliver process discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews and facilitated workshops.

● Document clear, accurate AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, hand-offs, controls and decision points.

● Analyse workflows to identify bottlenecks, duplication, root causes and improvement opportunities.

● Challenge existing ways of working constructively and propose practical, evidence-based changes.

● Validate process documentation with business owners and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

● Capture process variations, dependencies, risks and requirements in structured documentation.

● Collaborate with consulting and transformation teams to support process redesign and standardisation.

● Identify potential automation or digital enablement opportunities where relevant.

● Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to client and internal project teams.

What you'll bring
Essential





● Demonstrable hands-on experience in process mapping, process analysis or business process improvement.

● Ability to produce and explain AS-IS and TO-BE maps using a recognised mapping approach.

● A consulting mindset: inquisitive, structured, comfortable challenging assumptions and focused on outcomes.

● Experience interviewing stakeholders, facilitating discussions and validating process flows.

● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to understand unfamiliar business functions quickly; no single process specialism is required.

Desirable

● Experience in consulting, shared services, GBS, business transformation or operational excellence.

● Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, BPMN or equivalent tools and standards.

● Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, process standardisation or automation opportunity assessment.

● Experience working with geographically distributed teams or international clients.
