About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing, preferably Playwright , along with Manual, API, and Performance Testing.

The candidate should be able to understand application workflows, business logic, and technical requirements, identify quality risks, and contribute to improving QA processes. The role also involves mentoring QA team members while remaining hands-on.

Qualifications

- Technical degree/graduation from a recognized university or institution.
- 6–8 years of overall QA experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
- 1–2 years of experience mentoring and guiding QA team members.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Automation Testing – Playwright preferred.
- Experience with Selenium, API Testing, and JMeter.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and software architecture.
- Ability to understand code flow, business logic, and technical requirements.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude is preferred.
- E-commerce domain experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Manual, Automation, API, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites, preferably using Playwright.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
- Identify, track, and manage defects and quality risks.
- Mentor and guide QA team members while remaining hands-on.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure product quality.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
