Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.

Key skills required

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration experience.
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield projects.

Job Title: Senior SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – SAP S/4HANA

- Perform SAP Basis administration activities across SAP environments, including development, quality assurance, pre-production, and production systems.
- Support SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel updates, system refreshes, and technical maintenance activities.
- Monitor SAP system health, availability, performance, work processes, background jobs, system logs, and dumps.
- Perform SAP user administration, role-related technical support, and coordination with SAP Security teams.
- Manage SAP transport requests, import sequences, transport routes, and movement of changes across system landscapes.
- Support SAP HANA database administration activities,



including monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage background jobs, spool requests, system locks, update failures, and interface-related technical issues.
- Perform SAP client administration activities, including client copies, system refreshes, and post-refresh validation.
- Support SAP system upgrades, support package implementations, enhancement package activities, and SAP Notes implementation in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor system performance and analyze issues related to memory, CPU utilization, database performance, and application response times.
- Coordinate backup and recovery procedures, disaster recovery activities, and business continuity requirements.
- Support SAP connectivity, RFC destinations, certificates, SSL configuration, and technical communication with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database, cloud, SAP Security, and application support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support SAP landscape management, system availability, capacity planning, and technical documentation.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes in accordance with established SLAs and IT service management processes.
- Support SAP go-live, cutover, migration, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure compliance with SAP technical standards, system security guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Prepare technical documentation, system health reports, maintenance plans, and root-cause analysis reports.
