Job Role: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to manage IndiaMART leads, handle incoming lead calls, coordinate with internal sales team members, maintain lead data in Excel, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage and monitor incoming leads received through IndiaMART.

·Call customers to understand their requirements, product interests, quantity, and business needs.

·Share qualified leads with the appropriate internal sales team members for further action.

·Maintain and update daily lead records in Excel, including customer details, contact numbers, requirements, assigned team members, lead status, and follow-up dates.

·Follow up with customers and internal team members to track lead progress and ensure timely responses.

· Maintain a daily follow-up schedule for pending,



active, and potential leads.

· Track lead status, including new, contacted, follow-up pending, quotation shared, converted, and lost.

· Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion status.

· Ensure no inquiry is missed and all leads are properly assigned and tracked.

· Coordinate with the sales team to improve response time and customer satisfaction.

Edu. Qualifications: Any graduate with at least 1 -2 yrs of relevant experience with knowledge of working with CRM Software.
Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
