About us
Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions. Work starts 26 October 2026.
Role
We need hardworking Helpers with site experience to support our fabricators, fitters, welders and riggers in day-to-day fabrication and erection work.
Responsibilities
- Shift and stack steel plates, sections and finished members safely
- Assist fitters, welders, gas cutters and riggers in their work
- Hold, support and position members during fit-up and erection
- Carry tools, consumables, gas cylinders and materials as required
- Help with cleaning, primer and painting of members
- Keep the work area clean and organised
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 0 - 6 months' experience as a helper in fabrication, PEB or construction work
- freshers are welcomed
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy material
- Willing to learn and grow into a skilled trade
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
