Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a B.Tech degree and relevant work experience to work in Analyst and Implementation functions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business and project requirements, analysing workflows, coordinating with clients, and supporting the implementation of software solutions related to civil engineering, construction, or project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse client requirements, business processes, and project workflows related to civil engineering and construction.
- Understand client needs and translate them into functional requirements for software solutions.
- Support software implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide product demonstrations, and resolve implementation-related queries.
- Prepare requirement documents, process workflows, user manuals, and project reports.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Work closely with development, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Travel to client locations in Kerala and Bangalore as required.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience are preferred.
- Understanding of civil engineering, construction, or project management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in Kerala and Bangalore.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in software implementation, business analysis, ERP, CRM, or project management software.
- Familiarity with construction management or civil engineering software.
- Experience in client coordination, product training, testing, and requirement gathering.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a client-facing role that combines civil engineering knowledge, business analysis, software implementation, and customer coordination. Candidates should be comfortable travelling to client sites and working with cross-functional teams.
