We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to generate leads, identify potential customers, build client relationships, and support business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns & online research for lead generation
- Identify, qualify and convert potential customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Understand company products/services and communicate their value effectively
- Execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Research market trends, competitors and new business opportunities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Collect customer feedback and maintain updated records
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent in English & Tamil – Speaking and Writing
- Ability to speak Hindi & Telugu required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong internet research & keyword-based data searching skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
