- Handle customer inquiries and sales orders.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Process sales orders accurately in the system.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payments and outstanding dues.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
2. Dispatch Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams for material readiness.
- Arrange transportation and communicate delivery schedules.
- Verify material quantity, quality, and item details before dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch records and update delivery status.
- Handle delivery-related issues and customer complaints.
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales, stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily sales and dispatch reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
