About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack React Native Developer with strong hands-on experience in React Native, Android Native Development, Kotlin, Java and MERN Stack.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working beyond React Native UI development and should understand the native Android layer, React Native Native Modules, Kotlin Coroutines, Android Services, networking libraries and third-party SDK integrations.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing and integrating Node.js/Express.js APIs, MongoDB databases and backend business logic.

Basic knowledge of Swift and iOS native development is required to understand, maintain and troubleshoot React Native iOS projects.

This is a hands-on engineering role where the developer will work across the complete application stack:

React Native → Native Android/iOS → APIs → Backend → Database

Key Responsibilities1. React Native Development

- Develop, maintain and enhance production-ready React Native applications.
- Work with React Native CLI projects.
- Build reusable, scalable and maintainable UI components.
- Work with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Implement navigation and application state management.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication and authorization flows.
- Implement push notifications and deep linking.
- Handle file uploads/downloads and media-related functionality.
- Optimize application performance and memory usage.
- Debug JavaScript, React Native and native Android/iOS issues.
- Maintain Android and iOS build configurations.
- Prepare applications for Play Store and App Store releases.

2. Android Native Development

Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java is required.

The developer should be comfortable working directly with the Android native project inside a React Native application.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop native Android functionality using Kotlin and Java.
- Work with Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Understand Android application lifecycle.
- Work with Activities and Fragments.
- Implement Services and Foreground Services.
- Work with Broadcast Receivers.
- Implement Notifications.
- Handle Runtime Permissions.
- Work with Background Tasks and WorkManager.
- Debug Android crashes and ANRs.
- Work with Gradle and Android build configurations.
- Troubleshoot device-specific Android issues.
- Optimize Android application performance and memory usage.

3. React Native Native Modules

Strong practical knowledge of Native Modules is mandatory.

The candidate should be able to create and maintain custom native functionality for React Native applications.
