Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations

- Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor daily transactions, documentation, and operational activities.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely reporting.

2. Business Development

- Support the branch in achieving monthly business targets.
- Monitor gold loan disbursements, renewals, and customer retention.
- Identify business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely processing of loan applications.

3. Team Management

- Assist in supervising branch employees and allocating daily responsibilities.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Support team members in resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager to achieve branch objectives.

4. Customer Service

- Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.




- Maintain positive customer relationships and support customer retention.

5. Compliance and Documentation

- Ensure accurate completion of loan documentation and KYC formalities.
- Follow company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
- Support internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

6. Reporting and Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Monitor branch performance, loan portfolio, collections, and pending cases.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for operational requirements.
- Report business performance and operational issues to the Branch Manager.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; a finance or commerce background is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
