Position: Accountant cum Admission In-Charge

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified, skilled, and responsible candidate for the position of Accountant cum Admission In-Charge at our school. The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English. The candidate should be well-organized, professional, confident, and capable of handling accounting and admission-related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily accounting records, fee records, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
2. Manage student fee collection, outstanding fee records, and follow-up with parents regarding pending dues.
3.



Handle the complete admission process, including inquiries, registration, documentation, and student records.
4. Communicate professionally with parents, students, staff, and school management.
5. Prepare financial reports, fee statements, and admission reports as required.
6. Maintain accurate records using school management software, MS Excel, and other computer applications.
7. Assist in preparing admission campaigns and responding to admission inquiries.
8. Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial and student information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
