Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management and department heads.
- Build and update live dashboards in Google Sheets (and Looker Studio where needed) to track key figures such as production, sales, inventory, attendance and recruitment.
- Collect, clean and validate data from different departments and make sure reports are accurate and on time.
- Create and maintain trackers, formats and templates in Google Sheets for use across departments.
- Automate repetitive reports using formulas, Google Forms, data validation and basic Apps Script.
- Link multiple sheets and files using IMPORTRANGE, QUERY and lookup functions so data updates automatically.
- Analyse trends and highlight gaps, delays or exceptions to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper data records, access control and sharing permissions in Google Drive.
- Support management with ad-hoc data requests and presentation-ready summaries.

Required SkillsGoogle Sheets (Must Have)

- Strong knowledge of formulas: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF,



IFERROR and ARRAYFORMULA.
- Working knowledge of QUERY, FILTER, UNIQUE, SORT and IMPORTRANGE.
- Pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting and data validation (dropdowns).
- Ability to design clean, easy-to-read sheets with proper structure.

Dashboards (Must Have)

- Ability to build interactive dashboards with charts, KPI summary cards and dropdown filters.
- Knowledge of Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) is an added advantage.

Other Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic Google Apps Script or macros for automation (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as ERPNext (preferred).
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
