INKEL Limited is seeking an experienced Project Director – Renewable Energy to lead and oversee renewable energy projects across Kerala. The role involves strategic planning, technical supervision, project execution, financial management, and ensuring timely completion in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and oversee renewable energy projects across Kerala.
- Provide technical leadership in electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, and grid integration.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning and design to commissioning and handover.
- Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, utilities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor project performance.




- Identify business opportunities and support renewable energy portfolio expansion.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Solid knowledge of renewable energy technologies, power systems, and grid integration.
- Proven experience in large-scale project management, technical leadership, and stakeholder coordination.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
