Job Responsibilities

- Follow up with existing customers for motor insurance renewals.
- Contact customers whose renewals are pending or lost.
- Follow up on quotations shared and identify reasons for non-conversion.
- Coordinate with quotation and operations teams to close pending cases.
- Support customers with renewal queries and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain daily renewal trackers and customer follow-up records.
- Improve customer retention and renewal conversion.

Candidate Requirements

- Good Tamil communication and basic English.
- Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Insurance or telecalling experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.

Salary: Fixed salary + performance incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
