Role Overview

CS TECH Ai is looking for an Executive – Architectural BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate, high-quality architectural BIM models and construction documentation for building and infrastructure projects.

The role involves creating detailed 3D models, architectural drawings, parametric Revit families, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, a strong understanding of architectural design and construction documentation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural BIM Modelling & Documentation

- Develop detailed architectural 3D models, floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and model outputs in accordance with project requirements and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain Revit models at the required Level of Development (LOD) for different project stages.
- Update models and documentation based on design revisions, coordination inputs, and project requirements.
- Ensure consistency between architectural models, drawings, schedules, and other project deliverables.

2. Revit Family Creation & Model Management

- Create, customize, and manage parametric Revit families based on project specifications and modelling requirements.
- Maintain organized and effective Revit models using appropriate worksets, phasing, design options, and model settings.
- Manage model elements, parameters, views, templates, and schedules to support efficient project delivery.
- Troubleshoot modelling issues and optimize Revit workflows to improve productivity and model performance.
- Maintain model integrity and ensure that project information remains accurate and consistent throughout the project lifecycle.

3. BIM Coordination & Collaboration

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project teams to support multidisciplinary design integration.
- Incorporate coordination inputs and design changes into architectural models and documentation.
- Identify modelling discrepancies, design conflicts, and coordination issues, and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Support collaborative BIM workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project information.




- Work with project stakeholders to resolve technical queries related to architectural modelling and documentation.

4. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

- Conduct regular quality checks on architectural BIM models and drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct modelling errors, documentation discrepancies, and deviations from project standards.
- Ensure models comply with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modelling guidelines, naming conventions, and applicable standards.
- Maintain model quality and health through regular audits, checks, and optimization activities.
- Verify deliverables before submission to ensure compliance with project requirements and established quality procedures.

5. BIM Standards & Project Compliance

- Follow project-specific BIM standards, modelling protocols, and documentation procedures.
- Ensure appropriate implementation of worksets, phasing, design options, and model organization.
- Maintain consistent modelling practices across project stages and deliverables.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of model-related documentation in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.
- Adhere to project timelines, quality requirements, and established delivery processes.

6. Site Context & Visualization

- Develop site context models and terrain representations to support architectural design and project coordination.
- Assist in preparing architectural visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs using Revit and compatible visualization tools.
- Generate model views and presentation materials to communicate design intent effectively.
- Support project teams in presenting architectural concepts and design information through clear visual outputs.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural BIM modelling and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations, detailing, and building components.
- Knowledge of Revit family creation, parametric modelling, and family customization.
- Understanding of Level of Development (LOD)



requirements and BIM modelling practices.
- Experience with worksets, phasing, design options, views, schedules, and model organization.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Ability to review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design requirements.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination with structural and MEP teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools.
- Exposure to rendering and visualization tools compatible with Revit.
- Knowledge of site modelling, terrain modelling, and architectural visualization workflows.
- Familiarity with collaborative BIM environments and common data environments (CDEs).
- Understanding of construction documentation standards and architectural design workflows.
- Exposure to model auditing, coordination reviews, and BIM quality management practices.

Education & Experience

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in architectural BIM modelling and Autodesk Revit.
- Practical knowledge of architectural drawing production, model development, and project documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and deliver accurate outputs within project timelines.
