. Key Responsibilities
A. Buyer Coordination & Order Management
- Communicate with international buyers regarding product requirements, specifications, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Handle buyer inquiries, purchase orders (POs), order confirmations, and order amendments.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare order sheets, costing sheets, and production status reports.
- Procure new clients through b2b platforms, linkedin, other online options.
Requirements:
* Must have prior knowlege in the same field i.e fashion/ fabric exports.
