Key Responsibilities

- Install and fit bus air-conditioning units and related mechanical components.
- Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication work as required for installation.
- Assemble and mount AC components, brackets, supports, ducts, and related fittings.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and installation instructions.
- Assist AC technicians with installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and secure fitting of components.
- Identify fitting issues and support troubleshooting during installation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with the installation team to complete work within the planned timeline.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper housekeeping at the worksite.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related technical trade preferred.
- Experience in mechanical fitting, fabrication, assembly, or vehicle-related installation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, drilling, and fastening techniques.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings and fitting instructions.
- Knowledge of bus body building, automotive assembly, or HVAC installation will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at bus manufacturing facilities and customer locations as required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
