Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience in static equipment manufacturing and fabrication. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, and production planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Prepare and review BOMs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, and other static equipment.
- Work on AutoCAD drawings, including drawing review, modifications, and fabrication-related detailing.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Verify material requirements against drawings and BOMs and coordinate material availability with the Purchase and Stores departments.




- Support fabrication activities, including cutting, rolling, fit-up, welding, and assembly.
- Maintain production records, material tracking, and job progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Robust understanding of BOM preparation and material identification.
- Knowledge of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and storage tanks.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Basic understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing methods.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 years of experience in static equipment manufacturing or heavy fabrication.
- Hands-on experience in BOM preparation and drawing interpretation.
- Candidates with experience in pressure vessel or heat exchanger manufacturing will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
