Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and communication-oriented professional to manage client coordination, introduce our company and products to potential customers, generate business leads, and support the sales team in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Pitch the company profile, products, and business offerings to potential customers.
- Identify prospective clients and generate qualified business leads.
- Prepare and share quotations, company profiles, and product-related information.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, enquiries, and business opportunities.
- Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.




- Research potential markets and identify new customer opportunities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in client coordination, sales coordination, business development, or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and documentation.
- Confident personality with robust follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
