We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our team, handling admissions and course enquiries at The Creative Academy for Design, along with customer enquiries and sales for our fashion boutique.

If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about fashion and design, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective students and convert leads into course admissions.
- Explain our fashion, interior, graphic design, and video editing courses to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with boutique enquiries, customised clothing, and fashion-related services.
- Create attractive promotional videos and reels for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Build valuable relationships with students and customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow up consistently.

Requirements





- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and converting enquiries into sales.
- A positive attitude, persuasive skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- A background or experience in fashion, fashion design, boutique sales, or the garment industry is preferred.
- Prior sales or customer-handling experience is an advantage.
