Job Objective
To carry out incoming inspection of mechanical parts and components, verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications, and prepare inspection reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming mechanical parts and components received from suppliers.
- Verify dimensions and specifications against engineering drawings and purchase requirements.
- Experience in the usage of Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other applicable measuring tools.
- Identify defective or non-conforming materials and record
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments regarding accepted and rejected materials.
- Maintain proper inspection records and follow applicable quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge for preparing inspection reports.
- Good observation, accuracy, and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
