Mr.Ai Homes is looking for motivated, target-oriented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Area Sales Managers in Pune. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

This role involves field sales, client meetings, lead generation, relationship management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Maintain regular updates on sales activities, leads and customer interactions.
- Explore new markets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales,



business development or a related field.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and work towards targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings and field visits.
- Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented attitude.
