Key Responsibilities

- Event Setup: Read Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to arrange tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, centerpieces, lines, silverware, glassware, and buffet or action stations according to client specifications.
- Food & Beverage Service: Deliver meals, appetizers, drinks, condiments, and accompaniments to guests, manage coffee/water stations, and clear or "manicure" tables during and after the meal.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, anticipate needs, address special dietary requests or allergies, and resolve complaints or concerns promptly.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate closely with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and housekeepers to keep the timeline on track.
- Breakdown & Cleanup: Transparent used china, silver, and glassware, empty trash, restock supplies, vacuum or reset the room, and return equipment to designated storage areas.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow food safety,



sanitation, and alcohol service laws, and maintain a clean, professional personal grooming standard.

Core Skills & Qualifications

- Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and polite demeanor under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Following specific floor plans and BEO instructions accurately.
- Teamwork: Working well with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during fast-paced events.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality, catering, or restaurant experience is preferred but often trained on the job. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
