Location: India / USA (Based on Business Requirements)Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Professional with a strong background in industrial bearings, bearing protection, and rotating equipment applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities and promoting our bearing protection and motor reliability solutions.Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities among bearing distributors, motor repair companies, maintenance contractors, OEMs, and industrial end users.
- Establish relationships with rotating equipment specialists, reliability engineers, and maintenance professionals.
- Identify customer challenges involving premature bearing failures, electrical discharge damage, and shaft currents.
- Promote Voxbourne Energy's shaft grounding rings and other relevant motor protection products.
- Conduct technical product discussions, customer presentations, and sales visits.
- Develop distributor, reseller, and industrial customer relationships.
- Manage quotations, commercial negotiations, sales follow-ups, and order closures.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Proven B2B technical sales experience in industrial bearings, rotating equipment, or bearing-related products.
- Good understanding of bearing applications, common failure mechanisms, and industrial maintenance requirements.
- Familiarity with electrically induced bearing damage, shaft grounding, or bearing protection technologies preferred.
- Existing relationships with bearing distributors, motor repair shops, industrial maintenance companies, or OEMs preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Engineering diploma or degree preferred; equivalent industry sales experience will be considered.

Preferred Candidate: A technically knowledgeable bearing industry sales professional with an established customer network and demonstrated business development experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
