Position: IT Trainer

Job Description:

The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering quality training in Information Technology and computer applications to candidates enrolled under the DDU-GKY 2.0 project. The trainer will develop candidates' technical knowledge, practical computer skills, and workplace competencies to enhance their employability in the IT and IT-enabled services (ITeS) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver theoretical and practical training in computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, email, and digital literacy.
- Teach basic computer operations, data entry, documentation, spreadsheets, and presentation preparation.
- Provide training in relevant IT skills according to the approved course curriculum and qualification standards.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, mock tests, and regular assessments to monitor candidate progress.
- Maintain attendance records, lesson plans, training materials, and candidate performance reports.




- Support candidates in developing communication, problem-solving, and workplace readiness skills.
- Coordinate with the centre manager and placement team to prepare candidates for employment.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 training standards, documentation requirements, and quality guidelines.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant technical qualifications may be considered as per applicable norms.
- Relevant computer skills and teaching or training experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Objective: To equip rural youth with practical IT knowledge, digital competencies, and industry-relevant skills to improve their employment opportunities in the IT and IT-enabled services sectors.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
