Role Summary
Zorba Estates is seeking a Property Survey Executive to gather information about properties available for rent or sale across Bengaluru. This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable travelling locally, speaking with owners, and collecting property details.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in company-assigned locations.
- Find properties whose owners are interested in renting or selling.
- Collect basic details about the property, including size, location, price, and availability.
- Photograph the property and share the images with the relevant team.
- Obtain owner contact details and maintain accurate records.
- Provide timely updates on the properties surveyed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10th standard education.
- Willingness to work in the field across Bengaluru.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in real estate and property-related work.
- No prior experience is required for suitable candidates.
Pay and Benefits
- Fixed salary between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000 per month.
- Travel allowance provided by the company.
