We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a leadership role designed for someone who is passionate about high-quality service, team development, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for everything from the guest experience and staff performance to inventory management and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and floor staff. Create weekly schedules and manage performance to ensure service stays sharp.

- Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and health/safety compliance.

- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, handle vendor relations, and conduct regular audits to manage beverage costs and minimize waste.

- Menu & Experience: Curate beverage programs (cocktails, wine, beer) and ensure every drink served meets our quality standards.

- Sales Growth: Implement strategies to meet revenue targets, including staff upselling training and promotional event planning.

- Guest Relations: Act as the face of the bar,



building rapport with regulars and professionally resolving any guest issues.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Experience: 3+ years in a high-volume hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.

- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, and craft beverages.

- Business Acumen: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting (P&L; knowledge is a plus).

- Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.

- Compliance: Up-to-date knowledge of local liquor laws and food safety regulations.
