Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a background in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong calling skills and experience handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and engage potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work at the Kodambakkam, Chennai location.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 day off.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
