About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, and support the hiring process across different departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong follow-up approach, and the ability to identify suitable candidates as per job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating offer rollouts.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Negotiate salary expectations within the approved budget.




- Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates.
- Support onboarding formalities and documentation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; HR or a related qualification is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong screening, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment will be preferred.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable making recruitment calls.
- Should be able to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates independently.
- Freshers without recruitment experience are not the primary target for this position.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Work Location: Sector 2, Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
