Job Responsibilities:-

1. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.

2. Recruitment and Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical positions, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

3. Manpower Planning: Coordinate with HODs and department in-charges to assess staffing requirements, workforce deployment, and manpower budgeting.

4. Employee Onboarding and Induction: Oversee joining formalities, credential verification, appointment documentation, HR induction, and orientation programmes.

5. Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, employee evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives.

6. Employee Relations and Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

7. Compensation and Benefits: Coordinate salary administration, payroll inputs, employee benefits, leave management, attendance, and statutory deductions in collaboration with Finance.

8. Statutory Compliance:



Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, employment regulations, and maintenance of statutory records.

9. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate staff development programmes, and support competency development in coordination with departmental heads and the Quality team.

10. HR Policies and Reporting: Develop and implement HR policies, maintain personnel records, prepare HR MIS reports, monitor key HR metrics, and support management in strategic HR planning and organisational development.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
