SR Services is a logistics and dispatch support company providing operational support to a US-based trucking, warehousing, and transload operation. Our team works in close coordination with US stakeholders to keep freight moving safely, on time, and in compliance.

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Compliance & Telematics Specialist to manage our Motive platform. You will be responsible for tracking drivers and assets, maintaining IFTA and fuel records, retrieving dashcam video, and keeping fleet data accurate and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Driver and Asset Tracking

- Monitor real-time location and status of drivers, trucks, and trailers in Motive
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and asset records in the system
- Coordinate with dispatchers on ETAs, delays, and unit availability

ELD and Hours of Service (HOS)

- Review driver logs for HOS violations, missing certifications, and unassigned driving time
- Follow up with drivers to correct log errors and edits
- Support DOT audit readiness

IFTA and Fuel Management

- Generate and verify IFTA mileage and fuel reports by jurisdiction
- Reconcile fuel purchases, fuel card transactions, and mileage data
- Flag fuel anomalies, unauthorized purchases, or data mismatches

Video and Safety





- Download and organize dashcam video for incidents, claims, and safety reviews
- Review safety events (harsh braking, speeding, distracted driving) and report to management
- Maintain secure, well-labeled video records

Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mileage, idle time, fuel usage, and compliance
- Keep organized records for audits and client requests
- Communicate clearly with the US team by email and chat

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in trucking, fleet operations, or dispatch support (freshers with strong skills may be considered)
- Hands-on experience with Motive (KeepTruckin) or another ELD/telematics platform preferred
- Working knowledge of US trucking compliance: HOS, ELD, IFTA, and DOT basics
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email
- High attention to detail, with the ability to spot data errors
- Comfortable working the US night shift

Preferred Skills

- Experience with fuel card systems and fuel tax reporting
- Familiarity with other TMS or fleet tools
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues promptly
