- We’re Hiring: Web & Graphic Designer

Cogniter Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer who can combine UI/UX design, web development, and graphic design skills to create engaging digital experiences for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design responsive websites and web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and intuitive UI/UX layouts.

- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

- Develop logos, branding materials, banners, brochures, social media creatives, emailers, and digital advertisements.

- Ensure visual consistency across typography, colors, layouts, and brand elements.

- Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately across devices and screen sizes.

- Work closely with marketing teams and project managers to understand client requirements.

- Test designs for responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Improve existing designs based on client feedback and project objectives.

- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD,



or Sketch.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web usability.

- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and robust problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- A portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX, and graphic design projects.
