Position: Admission Counsellor – Arts & Science College
Age: 35+ Years
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Visit schools and generate admission enquiries.
- Counsel students and parents about college courses and fees.
- Explain admission process, facilities and career opportunities.
- Handle student and parent enquiries.
- Follow up with interested students and parents.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Collect and verify admission documents.
- Coordinate fee payment and admission formalities.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned admission targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Candidates
- Robust student counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.




- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents and school authorities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and admission documentation.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in Arts & Science College admissions, educational counselling, student recruitment, school outreach, education sales or admission marketing will be preferred.
