Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to train technicians on product installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical service experience and the ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train technicians on product installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training sessions.
- Demonstrate correct tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ensure technicians follow standard operating procedures and service quality guidelines.
- Assess technician performance and identify skill gaps.
- Provide feedback and refresher training to improve service quality.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or any relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical service, installation, repair, or technician training.
- Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and train technicians effectively.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad branch.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in after-sales service, field service, consumer durables, electronics repair, home appliance installation, or technical service operations are preferred.
