Key Responsibilities

Inventory Monitoring and Stock Control

Maintain accurate records of all inventory items across both locations. Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

Stock Receiving and Verification

Supervise the receipt of incoming materials and products. Verify quantities, quality, and documentation of all deliveries and ensure that items received match purchase orders and invoices.

Inventory Record Management

Maintain proper inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory management systems. Update stock entries for all purchases, transfers, sales, and usage.

Stock Audits and Physical Verification

Conduct regular physical stock checks and periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions where necessary.

Stock Distribution and Internal Coordination

Coordinate the distribution of materials and products between departments and locations. Ensure that required items are available when needed for operations or sales.

Reorder Planning and Stock Replenishment





Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the procurement or management team for timely reordering of products and materials.

Inventory Reporting

Prepare regular reports on stock levels, stock movement, shortages, and inventory usage. Provide updates to management to support decision-making.

Warehouse and Storage Management

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items. Maintain a clean, safe, and systematic storage workplace.

Damage and Loss Control

Track damaged, expired, or lost items and report them to management. Implement measures to minimize wastage and inventory losses.

Vendor and Purchase Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers or vendors for inventory procurement when required. Ensure timely communication regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
