Requirements: Relevant experience in real estate sales sourcing / channel sales. Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory. Proven ability to manage channel partners and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales sourcing and channel partner engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.
- Develop sourcing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor team members, as applicable.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
