PRECI-MAX ROLLERS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our quality team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting precision cylindrical rollers and ensuring that products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of cylindrical rollers and other precision components.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
- Operate and handle precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial gauges, air gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Use advanced inspection equipment, including roundness testers and form testers, as required.
- Check dimensional accuracy, roundness, cylindricity, profile, surface finish,
and other quality parameters.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and final inspection reports.
- Support preparation of PPAP documents and other customer-specific quality documentation.
- Identify and report non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
- Support process improvement activities and maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Follow established quality procedures and maintain proper documentation.
