1. Resort Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.

2. Guest Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized hospitality, prompt resolution of complaints, and delivery of high-quality services in a natural forest environment.

3. Staff Management and Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate resort staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, and maintain discipline and professional service standards.

4. Wildlife Safari Coordination: Coordinate with naturalists, safari guides, and authorized safari operators to ensure seamless safari arrangements, timely departures, and memorable wildlife experiences for guests.

5. Financial and Budget Management: Monitor resort expenses, revenue, occupancy, departmental budgets, and operational costs to achieve business targets while maintaining service quality.

6. Safety, Security, and Compliance: Ensure guest and employee safety, implement emergency procedures, and comply with applicable forest department regulations, wildlife conservation guidelines, and hospitality standards.

Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, room readiness, landscaping, infrastructure, and upkeep of resort facilities while minimizing environmental impact.

8. Food and Beverage Management: Oversee restaurant operations, food quality, menu planning, inventory control, hygiene standards, and personalized dining arrangements for guests.

9. Sales, Marketing, and Guest Relations: Support business development through guest engagement, travel agent coordination, online reputation management, and promotion of the resort as a wildlife and nature tourism destination.

10. Sustainability and Nature Conservation: Promote responsible tourism practices, minimize waste and resource consumption, encourage local community participation, and ensure that resort activities support forest conservation and environmental sustainability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
