We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Candidate to ensure that plastic moulded products meet required quality standards. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production teams to maintain product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of plastic moulded parts
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
- Identify defects such as sink marks, warpage, flash, short moulding, etc.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection logs
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards and company policies
- Support in customer audits and internal audits
- Monitor rejection rates and work on continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding process
- Understanding of quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA)
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Qualification:
- Diploma / Any Graduation
- Experience: 3–6 years
