We are seeking a responsible and experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the sales team, and take responsibility for overall branch sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily branch operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Take responsibility for branch sales targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor leads, customer follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with senior management and submit performance reports.
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Experience in branch management, sales management, or business development.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Real estate or hospitality experience preferred.
