We are looking for an experienced professional for Retail Allocation & Sample Coordination, responsible for managing sample allocation across retail stores, monitoring inventory movement, coordinating with the warehouse and store teams, and maintaining accurate stock and allocation reports. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail planning, inventory management, replenishment, and store-level allocation, preferably in the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the allocation and distribution of samples to retail stores based on store requirements, product categories, and business priorities.
- Prepare and maintain store-wise sample allocation plans and ensure timely distribution of samples.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, merchandising, planning, and retail store teams for sample availability and movement.
- Monitor sample stock availability, transfers, receipts, and dispatches to ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Maintain records of samples allocated, pending, received, transferred, and returned by stores.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, allocation trackers,



and inventory reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up with stores for sample acknowledgement, status updates, and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in retail allocation, inventory planning, stock replenishment, or sample coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, store-wise allocation, stock transfers, and replenishment processes.
- Good coordination, communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple store requirements and meet timelines accurately.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
