Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our real estate team in Hasthinapuram, LB Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, meeting prospective customers, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field marketing, digital marketing, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Promote residential plots, villas, apartments, and other real estate projects.
- Attend customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Arrange site visits and accompany prospective buyers to project locations.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and property advertisements.
- Maintain daily lead reports, customer databases, and sales activity records.
- Conduct local marketing activities around Hasthinapuram, LB Nagar,



and nearby areas.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Degree.
- Experience in real estate sales and marketing is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate markets is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital marketing is beneficial.
- Must be willing to travel for field marketing and property site visits.
